Morgan Minnis, MUP

Minnis Building & Design Co. performs residential construction, design, and site planning activities. We believe in combining timeless designs with quality building practices that provide enjoyable living spaces and lasting value. Minnis Building built its first home in Lawrence in 2013 and has completed over 100 projects in the Lawrence, Baldwin, & Eudora markets.

Morgan is a graduate of KU School of Architecture's Urban Planning masters program where he specialized in real estate development.

His professional background includes residential construction, residential brokerage, and commercial construction management in Kansas and Texas.
